Congratulations @Jetblack for being 11 months smoke free.

Well done JB, 11 months is such a fantastic quit. Only one month to go and you have reached that first year of freedom. You start some great quit threads to promote interesting discussion and support for others which is a great way to pay it forward. So celebrate, do something special for yourself as a reward for sticking to your commitment and not putting anymore of those disgusting chemicals into your body.

Thank you everyone.

I wonder if I can make it another month? Probably.

One thing for sure though - it doesn't seem like Oct 6th was 11 months ago. Kind of weird. Lot of stuff happened in the past (might as well say) year.

Nice work JB. You have arrived at the doorstep of Freedom!

The Lido Deck is straight ahead - just keep doing what you have done for 11 months now - It;s that simple now :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
