Congratulations @brand.new.ela for being 10 months smoke free!!!

Well done on reaching double figures with your quit... probably the first time since you were a kid that you were excited about double figures ;). So the first of the November contingent (and there are a few of us) has hit double digits. That is a solid quit base right there, nice and stable. Thank you also for the great advice and support you contribute around the forums it helps to make this place great. So besides looking smashing in those double digits I hope you are doing something special to spoil yourself.  Oh I checked with Bruno and co... yep you're a ten!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
