Congratulations @Martian5 for being 8 month's smoke free.

Well done Martian5 for having such a solid quit base for the rest of your smoke free life. Thank you also for all the wonderful support you offer to everyone on the forums, from great advice to a cheery confidence boost you are a valued part of our community and we are all super proud of your quit. So make sure you do something to celebrate 8 months of freedom. Do you realise there is only 1/3rd of your first quit year left?

So Cheers to you, looking forward to doing some dancing with you at the end of Year 1 :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
