Congratulations @Linda Thomas for being smoke free for 1 month!

Well done Linda for your first month of freedom. That is the hardest month, done, dusted, and put firmly behind you never to be visited again. It is wonderful having you with us to share your journey and you are already paying it forward with the support you offer to your fellow quitters. So rewards are a very important part of being quit and re-wiring our brains and just plain fun. So you need to do something special to celebrate your first, wonderful month and the the hard work, perseverance and commitment you have given to yourself. Make sure to let us know how you treat yourself too.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!  Couldn't have done it without you all.  As far as rewarding myself, there is nothing I want more than to be rid of the freakin habit.

I know I have a ways to go and can still say it is not easy.  I know now I have to train my brain pattern.

You made it through the toughest month, Linda.  You'll never have to go through that again as long as you don't take another puff.

Keep up the great work and do something to reward yourself today.  :)

Congratulations on getting through the toughest month of all Linda, you should be so proud of yourself. There's still going to be bumps in the road in the coming months but nothing that you can't handle :)

Love your new ticker, can you believe those numbers in just a months time?! I never thought of those things when I was smoking ?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
