Congratulations @catlover for being smoke free for 7 months!

Well done Catlover on reaching your 7th month of freedom. What a great quit you have going. Thanks for all the support you offer around the boards in both the serious threads and the fun threads. So rewards are very important and even if you are just back from holidays you still need to spoil yourself and celebrate your wonderful achievement. So make sure you treat yourself.... a nice spa day seems fair....

Thank you Jo ? having a chill day today, just pottering around the house and finishing off washing clothes from being away. Can’t believe I’m at 7 months already, this second half of the year is going so much quicker than the first. I’m in a comfortable place with my quit now, just riding the waves ? Thanks for being part of my journey, love your funny posts ?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
