Congratulations @zenith for being 3 months smoke free.

Well done on holding onto you quit and officially being 1/4 of the way to your first year of freedom. I hope you pop in to give us your monthly update and I also hope that your quit journey was easier this month than last and you are having much fewer smoking thoughts. We are always here if you need but you have been going so well you should be super proud of yourself. Make sure you do something special to celebrate today because being a 25%er is a special achievement.

Thanks everyone!! I've been really busy after starting a new job (which I love) so it took me a while to get back here.. I have a new found confidence since quitting which is having a ripple effect in positive ways. I still get occasional thoughts of smoking but I know I'm not going back to it. Hope everyone else is doing well! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
