hello blur,

It is heartening to hear you are educating yourself about nicotine addiction,

this is an essential and potent ingredient in a successful quit.

Pleas be kind to yourself like @c9jane29 recommends.

Your body is going through monumental changes and needs care and feeding.

Congratulations !  You quit smoking !

18 hours smoke free is great blur :) Be careful about being around smokers in these early days. I stayed close to home for the first month or two and only ventured out when I had to or my non smoking hubby could go with me because I didn't trust myself not to buy a pack.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
