Hi! Remember you too!  I am to the point where I am loving not smoking. Sure I have triggers, they suck but I expect it. I have a way different mindset this time and so far it' working!

Dealing with the triggers differently....thinking differently.

It's not that I can't smoke...I don't have to.......not a slave....

PS....my house is Solomon's clean!

This change in your mindset and approach to quitting is very important I think. Quitting is 90% mental from what I have experienced. The right mindset is a huge advantage in ensuring success. Glad you are embracing the process :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
