After putting all this crap in my poor body for 52 years....20 sometimes more each day...

I am so thankful...I'm here to write this...millions have not been so lucky .....I'm so grateful ..as I've sure my body is...

Have I dodged the bullet ????.....who knows....

All I do know is I intend to treat my body with the respect it deserves ...with whatever time I do have left...hopefully it's a long time...

You know,  all these chemicals are BURNING. 

Smoking is freebasing all these chemicals into our lungs

which changes them into even more chemicals.

We don't even really know the whole gruesome truth about this.
