? Late to my one week of freedom party but had a busy day yesterday. Ventured out and treated myself to dinner. Finally got a good nights sleep and feel proud of making it this far. Getting stronger but still have a long way to go. Spent time with some friends and got home late. But moving forward.

This is GREAT news, nikki !

Congratulations to YOU.  and kudos to you for venturing out and treating yourself to dinner.

You need to reward yourself at every opportunity because this will help to retrain your brain.

You are doing great and moving forward exactly right.

I am so happy you quit smoking.

Well done Nikki! The first week is HUGE! You can make it. Realize there will be some urges but brush them aside with a focus the Nikki that does not smoke anymore. Best wishes.
