Congratulations @Martian5 for being 7 months smoke free.

Well done Martian5 for building such a strong and stable quit. Thank you also for all the support you offer to others around the board. From liking every Nope, every day to offering words of support or advice to those that might be having a rough moment your contributions are really appreciated. So 7 months, best make some time to celebrate and spoil yourself that definately deserves a treat.

Keep shooting down that Nicob1tch....

Great Work M5!! Even though you have I;m sure had your struggles, just as we all do, you have been steady as a rock in your determination to quit and stay quit. You've also been a regular contributor here since the start. I'm really happy for you and proud that you have managed to craft this great quit. Be sure to celebrate in some way then .... carry on to 8 :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
