NOPE... you got this Linda.... hold tight... do you have a list of all the reasons you want to quit? Nope once a day, or hourly... as many times as you need. You can do this.

Great job, Linda!  Keep NOPEing and it will get better.

Every time you fight through craves like this and succeed by not smoking, it is a victory and your quit gets stronger.

Hi Linda, LOVE that great big NOPE you posted, that's how its done! :) Why not keep your mind busy with something else like filling in your quit date or making a ticker for your signature?  The tickers are such a huge motivator that shows us hourly the time and money saved and all the cigs not smoked. It also lets you see what you stand to lose should you cave to a crave.

You're doing awesome!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
