Congratulations @Giveintowin for being smoke free for 9 months.

Well done GITW for being 3/4ers of the way to your first year of freedom. Its been a tough month but you have held on and fought your way through the rough time to reach your 75% milestone. What a great a great quit you have. Make sure you do something super special to celebrate, and reward yourself because you deserve it.

9 Months quit is fabulous GITW! You should be very proud of reaching the 3/4 year milestone, especially after what you have been through recently. We all salute you! Be sure to give yourself a treat of some kind in recognition of this accomplishment.

GITW, you champ!!!

What an amazing story of grit and gumption you are...well done on sticking through the tough times.

9 months in the trying circumstances you've had is akin to 9 years :)

Keep going strong always. Kudos!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
