Congratulations @Silver2016 for being 1 month smoke free!

Well done Silver. You are doing so well to have reached your first month of freedom. That is the hardest month done. We know you are learning the site and how to use it but I hope you can get the chance to pop in and tell us how you rewarded yourself for all your wonderful efforts. Being through that first month really is an achievement so you need to celebrate and spoil yourself because it is totally deserved.

1st is the hardest month Silver. You're through that part so take a moment to celebrate and reward yourself for all the hard work you've put in. Next is stabilizing your body and mind that is now smoke free while you refresh your resolve to stay quit! Go for it :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
