Congratulations @Rosewothorne for being smoke free for 3 months!

This is a big one Rose, 1/4 mark, 25% of the way to your first year of freedom. You have come so far through the worse the nicodemon has to throw at you. You have faced down work and life dramas and you are starting to have whole days where you don't even think about smokes at all, how strong are you! So, as we all give you a cheer along and congratulate you for your wonderful work make sure you take some time today to reward yourself with something special to celebrate all your hard work and how far you have come.

Thank you all!! It's been a great three months on board the quit train! I'm happy to be not smoking. I've had some rough patches but I make it through without smoking.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
