Good Morning fellow NOPErs. Hope you all have lovely weekends. Today is Global Forgiveness Day, yep its on the calendar of special days.

So on Global Forgiveness Day I would like to take this time to forgive myself for wasting all the time, money and healthy lung tissue smoking, yes it was stupid, yes it was a mistake and yes it more than rolled the risk dice with my own future but I don't hate myself because of it, I forgive myself and I move forward as a reformed, non smoker.

So to a world without forgiveness and to a life where I resent myself for decisions that can't be changed but have been corrected I say:

NOPE ...  not today, not tomorrow, not ever, forever!

Topic of the day:  Still being Patriot... but it has to change tomorrow cos its sundee.

Yes I forgive Brazil for thinking they could win the World Cup with a baby like Neymar ;)

On a brighter note, Congratulations Catlover, wishing them years of being together.

NOPE from me too...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
