Congratulations @RoryPlog for being 6 months smoke free.

You should be so proud of how far you have come to be 1/2 way to that 1st year celebration. You have put in a lot of work and are surely cranking out the tunes on your guitar with all the extra time you now have that you don't smoke. Please do something special to celebrate the 50%er milestone. You deserve to reward yourself.

Great Job Rory! 6 months is something to be proud of! I know it hasn't been easy for you but keep your head down and power through to freedom.

There's no going back after a half a year :) Congrats and be sure to reward yourself with something special to mark this milestone!

Just like the string count on your guitar ..... You Got 6 Now :)

Rory congrats on the 6 month mark, looks like we went at this on the same day, and look at us now -- a half of a year.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
