Congratulations @Wren18 of being smoke free for 6 months.

Its official, you are half way through the first year of freedom. You have become a 50%er. Well done Wren on having such a solid quit happening. Make sure you do something special to celebrate.

Haven't checked in for awhile and just seen this thread...

Thank you to everyone for your congratulations and kind

thoughts. Six months quit and feeling very happy to have got this far and positive about reaching the year mark.

Well done to everyone else who has quit, especially the 2018 quitters :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
