Congratulations @Ren smoke free for 3 months!!

Well done Ren, this is a great start to your quite. You should be so proud of yourself because despite what life and your own body have thrown at you over the past few weeks you have been smoke free for 3 months. 3 months is 1/4 of the way, yep 25%, to the Lido Deck and you first year of freedom. I'm sure you are seeing some benefits from your quit by now so hold onto the thoughts of those. Keep up you fantastic work and celebrate today. Don't forget a reward, rewards are important, and fun.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
