Congratulations @Rosewothorne on being quit for 2 months.

You are doing so well with your quit and we are all very proud of how far you have come. You have had some big triggers along the way and you have beaten them all so well done. Thanks for all your contributions around the boards too. Make sure you do something special to spoil yourself this month, you deserve a reward.

YAY! Thank you. This site and you all make quitting so much better.  This past week has been challenging and being able to hop on the quit train for education, humor and distraction is a blessing for which I'm very grateful!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
