Sometimes on a Wednesday. The truth is I am really just a cyberspam bot that has faulty programming and due to an accident on the mainframe I now have AI thought processes so I can hang in places like this all day and night.

Sadly, reality is much less interesting. I have insomnia, have had my whole life, and now I am on some medication that makes it even harder to sleep. Once or twice a week I will give in and have a sleeping pill to get me to sleep.

Of course Frazier wont know what hit him... he was smokin'... you already have him on the ropes cos you quit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
