Congratulations @Octain for being 5 months smoke free.

You have definitely set up a solid foundation for your quit and from your daily Nope to the support you offer its clear your work is paying off. SO clearly you have not been spending too much time in the past 5 months making paper planes as you have this quitting thing well under control. Well done and make sure you do something special to celebrate and reward yourself (besides dental visits).

Confession: you make it look so easy I'm a little but jealous... but you certainly have the right mind set and that's 90% of the job done. Congrats mate.

Thanks everyone! What a great day. It truly does get easier.

I’m not gonna lie though, it would only take one puff.

Cigarettes did nothing for me. They take away my time, my money and my health.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
