Congratulations @Illpass for reaching 7 months smoke free.

7 months have come around so quickly, keep NOPEing every day and before you know it you will be on that Lido Deck. Make sure you give your self a reward for all the hard work you have put in to KTQ.

Thank you all.  I feel that I must correct a mistake I made.  I've actually got just over 6 months.  When I came over from QSMB I initially had my quit date wrong.  It's since been updated.

Thanks to you all for the support.

Yes, sure is.  Won’t trade it for anything.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
