I love the daily NOPE also.  At first I thought it might be a bit corny but I have come here every day to NOPE and I truly believe that it has helped me greatly, as well as checking in with you all.

Daily NOPE confession... I balked at the Daily Nope when I first joined over there... I think it was over a month before I Noped... i had to drag myself kicking and screaming in to NOPE... once i did... it just made sense.

^^^ Same here, it freaked me out to start with, just the idea of saying Not One Puff Ever. How could I say that just a few days into my quit.

That is until I got the concept of committing to it just for a today. It has been a friend and companion ever since.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
