Great work M5!! 4 months is a really solid quit. Getting there 1 day, 1 NOPE at a time :)

Thank you all.  A funny thing, I usually am pretty aware of the length of my quit but I actually forgot that yesterday was my 4 month mark.  That could be a good thing in a way since I am taking each day now and not thinking so much of smoking.  Still keeping my guard though, those craves can sneak up on you.
