That's a damn good point Doreen.

 

Making healthy choices doesn't always provide the results we're looking for when we're looking for them, but the process delivers in time.

 

The human body is simultaneously ever-changing and stubborn.  Trying to pinpoint fat loss and metabolism is like trying to nail Jell-O to the wall.

 

There are no quick fixes, you just keep plugging away.
