At the end of my Hell Week, I posted about the guilt of 1 million smokey kisses.

It brings me much happiness that my kisses are now fresh & sweet.

I no longer turn my head when my husband wants to kiss me.

I can kiss my kids & grandkids completely guilt-free.

If I see a good looking guy at the mall, I run up and steal a kiss!

When they give me a weird look - I simply say "You're Welcome".

Ok, I'm kidding about kissing strangers......

Enjoy those kisses nonsmokers......I know the recipients do!!! smileys-kisses-738604.gif

Great follow up post my friend :) You gave me a shock when I read that our sweet beazel runs up to good looking guys and kisses them lol. I'm so glad your hubby no longer has to be on cigarette slapping patrol hee, hee :15_yum:

Love this. Yesterday I picked up my daughter from college for the summer. Gave her a hug and kiss and said I may have coffee breath but what I don’t have is cigarette breath!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
