Oh I missed that it was you're birthday ... Happy Birthday, are you doing anything special ?

Nah.

La Bandita is going three rounds with her hormones, water is tumbling from the sky...so on the couch (dog delighted curled up next to me) gonna watch some golf, eat some lunch, watch some football and just recharge....

Some proper chillaxing!

Rocket man golf sucks and what you call football is really just kickball. Only thing you got right was a dog and not a box shitter.

Happy birthday. Start the flow of beer

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
