You are not a stranger anymore Sunny. You are (1) a fellow quitter; and (2) a full member of this quitting community/family. No one else in the world is gonna understand what you are going through better than us.

 

We want you to succeed. We know you CAN succeed. Hang onto your discipline and keep posting.

As another who relapsed after a long quit.... forget everything from he first quit except how you felt when you tossed it away this time for me is nothing like the earlier one... at all completely different. You are doing so well with your quit, post as much as you need because you can do this.
