Great post N!!!

Positive attitude...knowing crap happens to non smokers too...

Smoking doesn't change anything...we cope  better being nicotine free...without nicotine withdrawal to add to the mix..

Welcome Novo.  Between quitting drinking and quitting smoking I'd say you're a pretty amazing person making some giant improvements in your life.  The benefits aren't always easy to see in the beginning, but they do eventually happen and they'll change your life for the better by leaps and bounds.  Keep strong and positive.

Novo,

It's simple, bebe.

Either you smoke or you don't smoke.

The power acquired by not smoking is crazy big,

Every smoke denied turns into huge power.

Get out the way, you are a super hero, you don't smoke.

Love, S

Feels great to be a non-smoker now right? You have shown you can control the addiction instead of the addiction controlling you. That's the best part - freedom from that damned addiction!! Be proud of what you have accomplished :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
