Man its so close to the end of another day for me, have some energy helped keep me busy and not on the forum all day.

Hoping this is a start to a way of being for me, not just a passing phase.   Guess we will see tomorrow pep and vinegar or

mopey  and needy.  I really should have a some where in the middle of this but it just doesn't seem to work that way with me.

well to all a good night and the best that life has to offer,  you know you deserve it !

You're doing well my friend. Just keep moving it forward and noping every day. Take it day by day and pretty soon you will find you are further along than you could have imagined. Don't look too far ahead and don't over-think things. It's as simple as NOPE! That's it right there, all in a four letter word :)

Your experience is always helpful, and not just for you.

You do not smoke,

How much better can it get?

Especially when you know what it takes to quit an addiction.

I know, you know, anybody with any clarity knows,

Love,

S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
