Well MM, you have now doubled your original firm goal. Congratulations on your 8 months. I sure miss reading your posts. I hope all is well with you. An update to Stick A Patch On Me, I'm Done is much awaited.

Hi all! Sorry I'm late to the party and my own at that!!! We were on a much deserved holiday with really limited Wi-Fi so I literally just switched off! And since being back and straight back to school plus doing 400 loads of washing I've been rather busy!

Before that I was going through quite a tricky time mentally, still am to a degree but a lot of soul searching and being honest to myself has shown me that it's not just the quit making me miserable but it's mainly my job so I've decided to look for something else and am hoping that by getting out of schools it might lighten the load.

I'm now over 8 months and saved probably near £3k. Crazy!

So I may not post much but I lurk bit will maybe not be here as often but know I'm rooting for you all and taking a tiny step back is working so far!

Here's to better times!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
