Didn't know where to post this but wanted to acknowledge the horrific bus accident in Saskatchewan (Canada|) Friday that killed 15 and sent many others to hospital, some in critical condition still. This was a junior hockey team traveling to a playoff game in another community when they were broadsided by a large truck. An entire hockey team and their home town devastated in an instant. These are small communities where everyone knows everyone and hockey is the national game that all kids play growing up. So sad!

Parents - hug your kids or if they are not with you, call them and express your love for them because, you just never know what life has in store. It can all be gone in an instant.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
