Holy crap.... I just heard on the news a guy in America died when his vape pen blew up.. he had burns over 80% of his body....!!!! (Its on the beeb so must be true..!!!)

News here says he died when it exploded and bits of it pierced his cranium and embedded in his brain... cos vaping is safe.
