Octain -- great job on the 3 month mark.  Amazing isn't it and it only seems to get better at this point.  There were times during the 3 month mark I did not know if it would happen but making the daily nope pledge has helped.  Keep it going

Yes - don't look too far out just yet. That's the way to handle this. Don't worry though, you will reach that point when you just KNOW you have the upper hand on this thing. For me it was 5 or 6 months. Others are shorter and some are longer but if you just keep moving ahead, it WILL happen. Keep the faith, especially through the threes (three days - three months). You're right on schedule :)
