So we all got those words of advice from people during our lives that we still remember to this day and try to live by.

My Grandma used to say... make sure you learn something new every day or you've wasted 24 hours.

My Band Master once ssud during practice: you have to have a strong tongue to be good at sax.

So share peoples, what are your words of wisdom?

(My stupid phone won't ley me delete the video below . I'll do it at work tomorrow.)

When you are physically fighting with your siblings (as little kids):

"The first one that cries gets a spanking"

That made us stop and rethink the whole fight!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
