Yep, similar ones over here. Always too afraid to tell Nancy in the dream, and so relieved when I wake up!

Just one. . hehhehe! So far, that is the easiest part of romanticizing the cig for me to kill. However, "what's the harm, really" oddly enough really plays with my head sometimes. Weird what dreams can point out, I always thought. Helpful sometimes, but don't care much for the ones where I wake up in a sweat.

Relapsed big style last night...maybe half a pack before I woke sweating, sheepish and tearful.

Realised it was another smoking dream.

Rolled over

Broke wind

Went to sleep

Poor Bandita - how she puts up with me is beyond anyone!

Ye I always have them, don't bother me, kinda makes me enjoy being a non smoker more, waking up knowing it's a dream and remembering oh yeah yippy I don't smoke, groundhog day lol

I still have them, had one the other day where I was smoking an e cig. They don't bother me...I love feeling when I wake up and realise I haven't smoked!

I go through the heartbreaking disappointment of feeling defeated and exhausted everytime I have a smoking dream. It really sucks, I can feel the very real mental anguish that I had as a smoker, the feelings of helpless dependency ruling me.

If anything though these dreams, or rather nightmares, are very powerful reminders to ward off any junkie inner monologue from becoming too vocal

Inside the dream, I was disappointed that I have relapsed.  Woke up, happy to know that it was only a dream!  Don't let it bother you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
