Great job Jo! Another month done & dusted on your journey to freedom. I know it was a tough one but stay focused on your goal.

The only way to it is to go through it!!  You'll get there :)

I laughed but my arse is still very firmly attached. More elegant than Kylie, but the guy with one foot did it with more style.

Congratulations my friend, you bring so much fun to quitting. Even on your bad days you find the humor in something and share it with all of us. You've brightened my dark days so much in the last week and I can't thank you enough smiley-gets-a-big-hug.gif

Great job Jo! Congratulations on your four months. What an even more significant accomplishment considering the nasty curve balls life has been throwing at you since you quit.

Thanks for your many contributions here and at the old board.

(had to edit before sending cause I gave you an e-pendage by mistake)

@Pearlie thanks for the congrats and the games, ah the games keeping me occupied and smoke free.

@MrTitwank thanks mate, for being such a good sport and for always making me smile. And for persevering with my butchering of the English language.

@beazel thanks for always being there in my dark, for making me feel so welcome when I first started and for seeing through the bravado. ?

@Lust4Life thanks for the congrats and support, it has been a rough four months but at least I know I can never use the stress excuse to toss my quit.

@Lin-quitting not sure about boring but it would certainly be saner ?? ..but you poor buggers are stuck with me, I much prefer this train to the one that takes me to work with all its stink smokers... Thanks for all the support

@BKP... But my blue feet are a sign of my virility, the bluer the better do they not attract you?? but yay circulation back that's gotta be good.

@jillar you crazy, rascally rabbit... You make this journey so much brighter than I thought it would be, thank you so much to my first responder.

@Joe7... Thanks for the edit to take away my Ependage... There nice to play with an all but I'd nevet want to keep one ?.

Good work Jo.  You may be a crazy Aussie with some gender identity issues, but at least you're doing it smokefree.

Shine on you crazy diamond.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
