And it will be here before you know it, Barry.  Seems like after 6 months, the months just fly by.  Keep looking forward to it.  It keeps getting better and better!  :)

Hi Barry.

If you are thinking in terms of 200 days, then I guess it is safe to say that you are well past the moment to moment/hour to hour phase of your quit.

Enjoy all the milestones of this first year dearly because after the first year the battle is won and the party is once a year. But that first years man, so much emotions!

I can tell you that you are good to go brother :) Just put in the time doing what you've been doing and you'll be fine!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
