People who have conquered quitting smoking have a certain swagger about them that others don't.  It's an inner strength.  The Devil knocked on your door and not only were you not afraid to answer it, You told it to get the H. E. L. L out of town!

After that anything seems possible, because it is.

No doubt, you must be brave to fight the devil and strong to keep the devil from kicking in your door.

Unfortunately too often it's the same phenomenon as those who found jesus in jail have just before sentencing, bwahahaha! I don't think it's a bad idea to have a certain amount of respect for something that can kill me.

I think everybody who has the willpower and strength to make some drastic changes...has the "swagger" and I admire all of them. There are so many form of addictions..we found many ways to numb ourselves...it's a long list...gambling, food, drugs, alcohol, Nicotine, Caffeine, pills and many more I can't think of

There are a lot of "swaggers" in this world!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
