  1. Congratulations @Jayhawk for being 2 months smoke free. Well done Jayhawk for keeping your quit for 2 months. Its great to see you in to NOPE each day and you really are doing a fantastic job. Make sure you spoil yourself by taking time to celebrate your achievements.
  2. Congratulations @Jetblack for being 11 months smoke free. Well done JB, 11 months is such a fantastic quit. Only one month to go and you have reached that first year of freedom. You start some great quit threads to promote interesting discussion and support for others which is a great way to pay it forward. So celebrate, do something special for yourself as a reward for sticking to your commitment and not putting anymore of those disgusting chemicals into your body.
  3. Congratulations @WeegieWoman for being 10 months smoke free. Well done on your beautiful double figure quit. You certainly look smashing in double digits. It is great having you with us on the train to share our quits. The advice and support you give to others and the laughs in the not so serious threads in making many of our journies easier. Thanks for being with us. So definately need to pop the cork on some wine tonight and raise a glass or two to toast yourself and your wonderful quit.
  4. Congratulations @Philip G. for being 1 month smoke free. Well done on making the decision to free your life of smokes and nicotine. The first month is the hardest and now you have finished that so here is a big woohoo. Hopefully you are feeling more comfortable with your quit. Rewards are really important, especially for the early milestones, so make sure you do something to celebrate and reward your achievement of being one month smoke free. It would be great if you could pop in and let us know how you celebrated.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
