Congratulations @albert for being smoke free for 7 months. Well done on have such a strong base for your quit and the rest of your life smoke free. Its great to see you in NOPE every day and around the boards. So seven months is great, definately needs a celebration and a big reward. Hope you have something special planned, maybe you could just keep all the halloween candy for yourself.

You never know when something simple you do is just the right thing at the right time for one of us coming behind you... NOPENOPE was a big ahh ha moment for me, so much so I stole it and wear it on a shirt, so thank you for leading the way.
