Congratulations @Struggler for being 1 month smoke free. Well done on getting through the first month of not smoking. That is the hardest month done. It would be great if you could pop in and let us know how you are going. So as I remind everyone, rewards are really important in a quit so make sure you do something special to celebrate being smoke free.
