Congratulations @Fab for being 8 months smoke free. Well done Fab on being 2/3rds of the way through your first your of your smoke free life. You are doing such a great job being quit. Must have saved a wack of money being a none smoker down under. Hope you do something special to reward yourself for all your hard work and perseverance.

Make sure you do something special to celebrate your hard work and this milestone. It would be great if you could pop in and give us an update on how you rewarded yourself... hmm 8 months seems like its worth a decent reward.

Congratulations @catlover for being smoke free for 7 months! Well done Catlover on reaching your 7th month of freedom. What a great quit you have going. Thanks for all the support you offer around the boards in both the serious threads and the fun threads. So rewards are very important and even if you are just back from holidays you still need to spoil yourself and celebrate your wonderful achievement. So make sure you treat yourself.... a nice spa day seems fair....
