  1. Massive congratulations Runfree! Sorry I wasn't around sooner to say well done. I wish you a smoke free day for the rest of your life.
  2. NOPE!!!!!!
  3. Yaaaaay! I made it! NOPE for today anyway. I forgot I even had that banner, I haven't used a pc for so long and it doesn't show on my phone.... cool....
  4. whoo hoo! I feel much better today that I did not smoke and made it to 1 year baby! Thank you all for your support these last few days.
  5. NOPE
  6. I went to the doctor today and have been told to get some bed rest for a few days and that I have bronchitis. Do you think it's true what they say? That we will always be ex smokers and never cured from our years of smoking... Today I've got 374 days of no nicotine or smoking and still have the lungs of a smoker. This is not exactly how I hoped to be celebrating 1 year but it's better than the alternative I reckon.
  7. I'm here and I'm happily not smoking. I've been sick and that reminds me of the urge to force a smoke.
  8. F ING he'll I'm battling. I feel like smoking and have come close a few times today. I really don't feel positive about staying smoke free right now. Life feels dull and boring.
  9. Nope
  10. Thanks guys I'm so close to a year wow, I've not been anywhere near a full year smoke free since I started smoking 25 odd years ago.... its scary.
  11. Nope dammit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
