  1. Evelyn, you are the queen of nope not just because you open the nope topic.... but because you use nope every single day, ever hour, every minute, to guard your quit when newbies come on, you always greet them and say for them to use nope nope is number one way to keep and protect the quit and that is why you are the queen of nope cuz you know the secret of the good quit is simple..............nope, nope, nope you always say nope, you preach nope, you give others the gift of nope, you LIVE NOPE.... AND THAT IS WHY YOU ARE THE QUEEN OF NOPE. :)

  5. We don't smoke, we don't chew; We don't go with the boys that do. :) :)
  6. Just saying... Newcomers really don't understand the window lickers and bus references, when this is supposed to be Quit Train. It's confusing, and newcomers already have enough new stuff to figure out.
  7. My apologies...like Tyme2B, I did not understand some comments. I get it now. :paint3:

  12. OMG, are you REALLY AT FIVE MONTHS??? It seems you were (a moment ago) struggling between 3 and 4...and now you are at 5. Guess that's what keep marching is all about. I am so, so, so , so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so proud of you. :bye: You had many hard struggles, but you kept your nope. Because that's you, the queen of nope. You always say that, and you are living it. Blessings, hun!!!!!!!!!!!! :good3: And have a grand day!!! :flirt: Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wizard: :give_rose: :wizard:
  13. may 22 thread already started
  14. Tracking is good, I think, no matter how you do it. I've kept a quit journal, and I also have a notebook where I write down all the tips I get on this site. In fact, today used one of Marti's tips...a big tea with honey as a "go to" lift.
  15. nope all day on my birthday :wizard: free to celebrate...in living color
  16. For an impatient man (you say) you have a lot of patience. What you have gone through is overwhelming just to read and bear witness to (so much trial) -- so hugs. And yes, it is good to read that someone can go through so much and still maintain a solid quit. I needed to hear this because it shows that the solid quit is made up of dedication, courage, and love. Staying healthy is actively loving all your dear ones. Well, Patient Joe, you know I am your forever fan, from the early days of my quit. Thank you for posting. Stay well.
  17. Okay, Ava. Thanks!
  18. Thanks, Nancy, now I understand. Still thanking all because support is an important component to a successful quit. As well, shared education and experience.
  19. don't understand the last few comments but thanks to all, anyway...
  20. don't have time to watch these. do you have a point?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
