If you feel the urge to have a smoke GO HOME and watch CSI. Make sure you tell your friends as you arrive of your plan, explain you may just have to leave, and that none of them should offer you a smoke and not to try to convince you to stay when you say you have to leave. For me, it was all about being in control, so be in control, you will almost certainly want to smoke if you go out, but you can stop yourself simply by leaving the situation behind.

Yeah you do. 0000000000 is not 1, it is zero! As Mentioned I accept there are 1024 options, but zero is one of them giving you numbers from 0-1023. Now yes, I accept you could start from 1 or 14 or 713 if you wanted and therefore be able to count to 1-1024, 14-1037 and 713-1736 respectively, but that would be silly. The secret being you have an 11th finger?! Although I accept with 10 digits there are 1024 options, one of those options is zero, meaning to get to 1024 you must have an extra finger... With 10 digits you can go from 0-1023. ;)

I wish I was that organised, I just cycled more! Seems to be working ish to keep me from becoming even more of a fat bastard. The fundamental is that if you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight, equally, if you consume more calories than you burn you will gain weight. So either exercise more or eat less. Pretty simple really.

I keep seeing these posts where you're saving money, organising food, making sure you don't put on weight... It's all very impressive... I'm 40... Been wearing glasses since I was 11... Only recently did I actually start wearing 'statement' glasses rather than ones that look invisible and I think it was the right decision. They're not silly oversized rims though, I'd have to be 18 and wearing skinny jeans hanging around my arse and carrying a skateboard and iPad sporting a highly styled asymmetrical fringe... and frankly... That's too much like hard work!

This is what I did... Go online searching for celebs with glasses that have a similar shaped face. Pick a style that you like. Check for vouchers online for buy one get one free frames etc Go back to the optician and try on lots of glasses, take a straight woman or a gay man with you to confirm shagability. Don't scrimp. Seriously, good frames last for years and you can always change the lenses if you scratch them or need to 'upgrade' Buy two pairs. Buy the anti glare coating and buy the scratch resistant coating. The cost is minimal for the savings they actually make.

Good that you're back on. Here's the thing, you need to work out why you actually had a smoke though. What actually made you do it? Did it solve the problem? Did it improve the situation?
