  1. You know that's not going to happen!
  2. I can post up a picture if you like... (_x_) or (_._) Depending on what I've eaten.
  3. Right... First toast on one side, butter the other side add Sliced cheddar covering right to the edges. Pop under the grill under partially melted, add sliced chilli's and Worcestershire source, place back under the grill until all evidence of multiple cheese slices are irradiated. Wait for 35.76 seconds for it to cool slightly. Slice into slightly uneven pieces Wait for a further 14.12 seconds Place on plate. Eat in front of someone one a diet saying "Mmmmm.... oh... baby... this is soooooo good... oh... yes... yes... you want some... oh no... you can't can you... really... though... you'd love this... oh yeah!" etc
  4. I was getting it bleached the other day and got told exactly the same thing
  5. Seems surprising as most people are generally pretty decent. However, the bottom line is don't smoke, we've all (well most of us) suffered withdrawal and appreciate it's not as much fun as farting and blaming the dog. Don't smoke, there's talk around those scientist people that it's not very good for you. Also... If you want proof it's not cool, you've been quit for long enough to do this. Watch someone smoke and tell me there's pleasure involved. And it's not just relief. We all think we loved it, but then if you were being repeatedly slapped around the face and then you got a break from that for 5 minutes, that's pleasure right? Or is it relief from torture? Anyhoo... I'm probably best ignored because I talk utter rubbish most of the time.
  6. My name is Rob and I'm not un-addicted to double negatives.... or sarcasm. I've been quit for over a year. I'm largely unpopular due to being an arsehole, I have been known to be amusing on occasion. I have a full quota of internal organs, no cats, no dogs, one car, three houses, no faith, one girlfriend, one awesome boy (who is better than yours), and nearly fifty IQ points. I can ride a two wheeled bike without stabilisers. Think that just about covers it.
  7. TPAM Knows what he did last summer
  8. You need to use the copy shortcut option to get the URL (address) of the image. Use the Image button in the reply box and paste the URL into that.
  9. Just whack the link in {media} http://www.youtube.com/lala{/media} but use square brackets instead of squiggly ones.
  10. This is utter brilliance and beauty... The rhythm of keys swinging in your hand... The rhythm of light coming out of your fingers... Heaven! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TtGqQtChxw
  11. I have no idea what you're asking, if you want to lift a picture off a page right click on it and choose copy. If the site doesn't let you (and you're on a windows Vista / 7 / 8 machine) use the snipping tool found in the Accessories folder in the start menu. Now... Once you've got a picture... You can paste that into a document etc. If you want to 'paste' it onto a website you can't just do that. You'll need to save the picture onto your local machine before uploading to a site (such as photobucket) and providing a link to the URL. To answer your question... No... But I don't think you're asking the right question.
  12. TPAM murdered their family, chopped them up, popped the parts into a duffle bag, and presented the blooded remains to the one true lord Lucifer (probably)
  13. Has everyone picked more attractive profile pictures on this site?
  14. I can have 'just one' without re-engaging an addition, however, it's not as straight forward as that. Historically I have had quits where I've had 'just one'... a couple of months later had 'just one... or two' a few months after that had 'just one'... at no point did I get cravings for more, the just ones were when I was out with friends having a drink or seven. What's the big deal? Well, it gets easier to have those 'just one', and more frequent... Still not addicted but hey... F You, I'm having a smoke! Until you realise you aren't simply stealing the odd smoke here and there you're actually buying your own... And smoking on your own... And you're addicted again... And not just smoking when you're drunk and talking about (or indeed have become) artificial turf. So this time round I made new rules for myself, no smokes at all... (well... unless they are 'special' ones that are somewhat frowned upon in the eyes of the law, I'm 40... this hardly ever happens, I had 2 on my 40th Birthday!) So over a year later I'm still going well. Do I miss the smoking with friends? Occasionally... But do I have a smoke... No... Do I still get drunk enough to impersonate artificial turf... Yes.
  15. Editing this slightly... Disgraceful.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
