I must admit I have another way I get twitchy is when I find the conversation is a bit dull and I use to make an excuse to have a smoke and now that's gone. Does anybody else find this. Or do I just have boring people around me haha

Been called back to the doctors about my blood test tomorrow, always a bit of a worry when you have smoked forever.

NOPE for me and no work for me it's Monday here and I am water blasting the paving stones. Still doing the garden it's bit like a courtyard planting the summer flowers and weeding. I guess it beats smoking.
