  1. You can do it Jackie!!!
  2. Doing okay today. Had a slip up this morning with some old re fry buts I found....so gross. I am doing good with the candy and just trying to make it through the day... You all are so very kind and I want to congratulate you all. This quitting business is no joke. I don't smoke cigarettes anymore!
  3. You all are awesome! I got suckered back in by thinking I could just smoke one after 2 months. I know why they put 20 in a pack now ;) It has been a rough morning but today is my day. I am going to the store soon to stock up on vitamin C, and other candy. Thanks for all the support. I am going to need it based on my day so far.
  4. Great posts thank you! Lepers...lol
  5. Nope from frigid Colorado. I hope I don't get eaten by a lion either!
  6. Thanks so much. Jaw clenching action over here....could be worse though. Seems like a great website. I'll be here to help too. Nicotine is such a powerful drug, but it is time to say goodbye. Thanks again for the kind words!
  7. How does it feel to be free? I am trying to quit for the last time. I recently quit for 2 months, but that was 8 months ago. I like the EZ way by Alan Carr, and I am ready to give it another shot. I have been smoking for too long...20 years!?! I said I would quit at 21, then 25, I would never smoke in my thirties, yet here I am 33 and trying to sweat it out again.... It's going to be a tough day today.....hope I don't break the SOS board... Keep up the good work, Matthew

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
